My Story
Prior to becoming a skills coach, Todd Cooper was a 1998 graduate of Newburgh Free Academy in Newburgh, NY, where he was a part of two state final appearances. He then went on to play for legendary coach Jere Quinn at St. Thomas More Prep in Connecticut, then played DII at American International College in Springfield, MA.
Todd finally fulfilled his dream of playing professional basketball by playing two seasons in Mexico, USBL and the NPBL. Since then, Todd has had the opportunity to learn from one of the world's top skills coaches in Micah Lancaster, CEO of I'm Possible Training, Drew Hanlen, CEO of Pure Sweat Basketball and Ganon Baker CEO of Ganon Baker Basketball. He then coached at the DII Junior college level, high school and the Nike EYBL level for the New York City Rocks as a player development coach.
Todd works diligently with high school, college, and professional athletes around the country utilizing a unique style of training that emphasizes detailed footwork using skill and game enhancement scenarios.
