Payments and Cancellation

Training session(s) must be PAID in FULL and RECEIVED prior to scheduling and participation. Sessions are by request on a first come, first serve basis by appointment and payment.  Upon purchase, monthly packages EXPIRE after four (4) weeks.

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to two (2) times per month by giving three (3) hour notice.

Should a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice NOT be given, that session will be deducted from the clients package of purchased sessions.

No Show Policy

Private and Personal Training

Should a client fail to show up for a scheduled session, without either cancelling or rescheduling, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions.

Group Training

 

For those that choose to pay in advance for group sessions, you will have one week to attend upon purchase. In the event a player should miss group and was not able to attend within the week of purchase, you will not be refunded and won’t be allowed to extend the purchase for group training.
